During the month of April, the San Joaquin County Child Abuse Prevention Council (CAPC) invites the community to participate in Child Abuse Prevention Month, a time dedicated to raising awareness and strengthening efforts to protect children and support families.
As recognized in the County’s official proclamation, preventing child abuse is a shared responsibility that requires the commitment of individuals, families, community organizations, and local leaders. Throughout the month, CAPC and its partners will host activities and initiatives to highlight the importance of child safety, family support, and community involvement.
