Officials at Hogan Manufacturing, Inc. of Escalon recently announced the appointment of Thinh Pho as the firm’s new Chief Executive Officer.

Thinh brings more than 30 years of global manufacturing leadership with a background in operational excellence, business development, and organizational growth. His career includes senior leadership positions at notable organizations such as Raytheon Technologies Corp. (formerly United Technologies Corp.), Eaton, Form Technologies, and most recently, he served as President of Williams Comfort Products.

Throughout his career, Thinh has been recognized for his ability to accelerate growth, enhance operational performance, and strengthen workplace safety — qualities that resonate with Hogan’s proud tradition of customer focus, innovation, and people-first values.
