MoChiMu announces “Winter Bash Family Party”
museum

Modesto Children’s Museum, MoChiMu, officials have announced the second annual Winter Bash Family Party, set for Friday, Dec. 12 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

This after-hours celebration invites families to step inside a world of holiday magic for one (not so quiet) night only filled with discovery, creativity, and seasonal joy.

This exclusive, ticketed experience transforms MoChiMu into a festive wonderland where families can enjoy the warmth and sparkle of the “season of light.” Guests will delight in holiday crafts, cocoa, cookies, carols, and a variety of surprises designed to spread cheer throughout the museum. The evening also includes full access to all MoChiMu exhibits, inviting families to explore, play, and engage together.

Guests are encouraged to come dressed in their classy Christmas Carol best or to wear their most spirited holiday sweaters – ugly, sparkly, or otherwise. The museum promises a playful, memory-filled evening of imagination. Modesto Children’s Museum is at 928 11th St., downtown Modesto.

General Admission is $20 per person; Museum members get in for just $5 per person. SNAP/EBT discounts are available.

MoChiMu encourages families who have been considering membership to take advantage of the season: Members receive Winter Bash admission for only $5 per guest, along with year-round museum benefits.

The Winter Bash Family Party builds on the success of MoChiMu’s signature seasonal events, including the recent MoCHiBOO Bash Family Party, which sold out quickly for Halloween. Winter Bash continues the museum’s mission to create safe, imaginative, community-centered programs for families.

Tickets are expected to sell out. Families are encouraged to reserve early by visiting https:/ www.modestochildrensmuseum.org/familybash.
