Project Heroes Dinner Scheduled In Oakdale

Pacific Project Heroes is planning its sixth annual Western themed dinner, dance and auction on Saturday, Oct. 8 from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Gene Bianchi Community Center, 110 S. Second Ave., in Oakdale.

Pacific Project Heroes is an Oakdale-based charity organization. Its mission is to provide support to the veterans and first responders that chose to serve this nation and its communities selflessly.

Ticket prices are $50 per ticket and additional sponsorships are available. Dinner will feature pulled pork, chicken and sausage, catered by Smokin’ Yankees BBQ with the bar run by H-B Saloon. There will be live music, live and silent auctions, raffle drawings and more. Emcee will be Jungle Jim from KAT Country 103.
