The La Grange Odd Fellows will be hosting their monthly breakfast on Sunday, July 13 from 8 a.m. to 11a.m.
They will be serving their familiar popular menu, featuring ham and cheese omelet, sausages, biscuits and gravy and all you can eat pancakes. Complimentary coffee and orange juice round out the meal. Cost is $10 for adults, $3 for kids ages 6-12, while those 5 and under eat for free. Cost for takeout meals is $10.50.
The breakfast is always served the second Sunday, at the IOOF Hall, 30018 Yosemite Blvd., downtown La Grange.
The Odd Fellows encourage you to take a Sunday drive to the historic Gold Rush town of La Grange for a hearty breakfast served in the down-home atmosphere of its 1881 vintage Odd Fellows Banquet Room. La Grange is 19 miles east of Waterford on Highway 132, 30 miles from Merced and Sonora on Highway J-59.
On Sunday, July 13, the Odd Fellows are also anticipating the arrival of two car clubs; as the Modesto T-Birds and Merced Hot-Rods will be stopping by for breakfast, on tour with their classy classic cars.
The organization is also planning its 15th Annual Odd Fellows’ Catfish Dinner, set for Saturday, Aug. 16. The dinner will be served from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the IOOF Hall in downtown La Grange. Tickets are $30 at the door, and will also be available pre-sale at the July 13 breakfast.
