With hopes of defeating the visiting Ripon Christian Lady Knights in volleyball this past Thursday, Oct. 16, many members of the student section at Escalon High School showed up to root on the host Lady Cougars wearing pajamas. It was supposed to be a way of saying “night night” to the Knights and send them off with a loss, but the visiting team spoiled the pajama party, defeating the Escalon varsity girls in straight sets.
