The improvements continue at Escalon’s Main Street Park downtown, with leveling of the park property conducted in an effort to make for a smoother overall area. Watering is also now being done with the grass to be grown back. The park improvements are part of a larger project, which also includes installation of new sidewalks in a portion of the downtown business corridor.
