MONDAY, SEPT. 1

12:51 a.m. – Business alarm sounding, 3300 block McHenry; checks OK.

2:28 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle reported in the area, 2000 block Jackson; checks OK.

2:52 a.m. – Business alarm sounding, 1000 block Escalon Avenue; checks OK.

7:03 a.m. – Assist outside agency, assist to CHP in looking for a vehicle involved in a crash, area of Escalon-Bellota and Mariposa roads, vehicle abandoned with keys still inside and driver possibly walking away from the scene; assisted.

2:50 p.m. – Public assist at police station regarding a vehicle release.

7:35 p.m. – Be on the lookout issued from CHP for suspect vehicle wanted in fatal hit and run that occurred Sunday in Stockton; log note only.

9:22 p.m. – Downtown security check, 1700 block Main; secure.

 

SUNDAY, AUG. 31

12:58 a.m. – Business alarm sounding, 2000 block Escalon Avenue, City Hall; checks OK.

2:41 a.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, 2100 block Coley; unable to locate.

8:46 a.m. – CHP Stockton reported a road hazard, large truck tire blocking the westbound lane on Highway 120 east of Brennan; removed.

10:54 a.m. – Public assist on First Street.

4:08 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from a location on Coley, unable to leave a message on callback; log note only.

6:32 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, loud music in the area of Jackson and Coley; checks OK.

10:38 p.m. – Residential alarm sounding, Deborah Circle; checks OK.

 

SATURDAY, AUG. 30

12:33 a.m. – Bicycle stop, 2500 block Jackson; warned.

7:16 a.m. – Public assist at police station, subject with questions regarding vehicle release.

9:14 a.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 1900 block of McHenry; checks OK.

6:05 p.m. – Extra patrol, Main and Fourth; officer initiated activity, checks OK.

9:29 p.m. – Suspicious person reported in the area, 1800 block Coley; checks OK.

9:38 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance in the 2500 block of Jackson; 9-1-1 call, went to voicemail on callback. Unable to locate anything in the area.

 

FRIDAY, AUG. 29

1:39 a.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the area of Deborah Circle, determined to be accidental dial; checks OK.

10:15 a.m. – Suspicious person reported in the 1400 block of Main, transient subject, officer initiated activity; log note only.

11:32 a.m. – Welfare check in the 1600 block of First; assisted.

11:38 a.m. – Threats reported in the 1500 block of Yosemite; officer initiated activity, checks OK.

11:59 a.m. – Public assist on Irwin regarding possible scam.

1:08 p.m. – Be on the lookout from CHP Tehama regarding a vehicle involved in a pursuit prior; log note only.

1:14 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance, report of youths shooting compound bow in the park, area of California and Edgewood; checks OK.

 

THURSDAY, AUG. 28

7:16 a.m. – Security check, officer initiated activity in the 1700 block of Main; checks OK.

7:20 a.m. – Traffic enforcement, Coley and First.

7:23 a.m. – Traffic enforcement, Fifth and Main.

8:31 a.m. – Security check, Hogan-Ennis Park; no problems noted.

12:44 p.m. – Reckless driving complaint, Escalon Avenue and Libby Drive; southbound semi at a high rate of speed; unable to locate.

1:26 p.m. – Credit card fraud, 1500 block Yosemite; report taken.

2:40 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance, possible telephone scam reported on Zinfandel; assisted.

2:41 p.m. – Welfare check request for elderly subject on a scooter in the area of McHenry and First, caller concerned due to heat and subject not moving for several minutes; unable to locate.

2:49 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 900 block of Clough; checks OK.

4:28 p.m. – Vehicle tampering complaint, license plate missing from vehicle on Miller; report taken.

5:12 p.m. – Public assist on Center Street; log note only.

10:01 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 1900 block of McHenry; checks OK.

10:55 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle, officer initiated activity in the 1000 block of Escalon Avenue, at the Community Center; checks OK.

 

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 27

12:02 a.m. – Highway 120 and David, extra patrol, radar enforcement.

1:28 a.m. – Vandalism complaint on Sacramento, occurred prior; report taken.

7:44 a.m. – Traffic complaint, subjects on E-bikes speeding through the area and not adhering to traffic signs, Coley and First; unable to locate.

12:06 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the area of California Street; checks OK.

2:38 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance, subject possibly under the influence in the 800 block of First Street; report taken.

3:55 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the 1900 block of McHenry; possible pocket dial, goes to voicemail on callback; log note only.

5:20 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance on Autumn Lane; checks OK.

5:21 p.m. – Business alarm sounding, 1000 block Escalon Avenue; checks OK.

7:27 p.m. – Found property report, Main Street.

8:31 p.m. – Dispute reported in the 1700 block of Main with an arrest made.
