SUNDAY, AUG. 17

1:20 a.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint, loud party reported on Sacramento Street; unable to locate.

9:23 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle reported, seen prior in the area of Brook and Autumn; checks OK.

10:21 a.m. – Suspicious person reported in the area, harassing customers at a business in the 2200 block of Jackson; report taken.

11:07 a.m. – Welfare check on Swanson; assisted.

12:50 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from the area of Main Street; checks OK.

1:13 p.m. – Public assist, via phone call; log note only.

1:53 p.m. – Assist outside agency, assistance provided at Highway 120 and Victory for crews pulling vehicle out of the canal with previously reported missing persons inside. Traffic detours were also set up around the location.

5:09 p.m. – Follow up regarding a prior case on Catherine.

5:52 p.m. – Reckless driving complaint, vehicle southbound on McHenry from Highway 120, unable to locate.

8:14 p.m. – 9-1-1 call, transferred to Modesto Police Department due to address being in Modesto; log note only.

10:24 p.m. – Officer initiated activity, check on a suspicious person in the area, 1300 block Escalon; warned.

 

SATURDAY, AUG. 16

1:04 a.m. – Welfare check on Jennifer; checks OK.

2:48 a.m. – Parking violation, First and Walnut.

3:01 a.m. – Parking violation, Fourth and Coley.

3:02 a.m. – Extra patrol, 1700 block Main, downtown area; checks OK.

3:09 a.m. – Officer initiated activity, suspicious vehicle check in the 1100 block of Yosemite; advised regarding camping ordinance.

3:38 a.m. – Officer initiated activity, suspicious vehicle, Escalon and Arthur; checks OK.

9:59 a.m. – Possible vandalism, Catherine Way; report taken.

11:19 a.m. – Business alarm sounding, 2000 block McHenry; checks OK.

11:34 a.m. – Suspicious circumstance on Countrywood; report taken.

4:40 p.m. – Business alarm sounding, 25000 block East River Road, wastewater treatment plant; checks OK.

5:26 p.m. – Security check at Brentwood Park; checks OK.

8:01 p.m. – Reckless driving complaint, Ullrey and McHenry; log note only.

8:07 p.m. – Suspicious person reported on Jerry; checks OK.

8:48 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle check in the 1200 block of Lillian; checks OK.

9:19 p.m. – Report of possible shots fired heard in the area, Mission Street; unable to locate.

9:41 p.m. -Officer initiated activity, vehicle check in the 1000 block of Yosemite with an arrest made.

 

FRIDAY, AUG. 15

12:18 a.m. – Business alarm sounding, 3300 block McHenry; checks OK.

12:25 a.m. – Welfare check request on Mosswood; secure.

6:43 a.m. – Officer initiated activity, security check at Escalon City Hall, 2000 block McHenry; checks OK.

6:48 a.m. – Officer initiated activity, suspicious vehicle in the 2200 block Main; subject advised regarding unlawful camping.

8:21 a.m. – Identity theft complaint on Cardinal; report taken.

8:29 a.m. – Residential alarm sounding on Matthew; log note only, secure.

9:04a.m. – Public assist at police station, 2000 block McHenry.

9:50 a.m. – Suspicious person reported on Vernon; unable to locate.

2:12 p.m. -Parking violation, Mitchell and Jordanolo.

5:15 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle, Chalane and Tracey; warned.

7:27 p.m. – Be on the lookout issued for subjects riding scooters and bicycles on high school property, 1500 block Yosemite; unable to locate.

8:05 p.m. – Extra patrol, Jessica and Justin; checks OK.

8:13 p.m. – Officer initiated activity, check of a suspicious vehicle in the 1500 block of Weiss Way; checks OK.

9:19 p.m. – Be on the lookout issued from Manteca Police Department for a vehicle wanted in connection with an incident in that city; may possibly be in the area of Main and Reile in Escalon, unable to locate.

 

THURSDAY, AUG. 14

12:59 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle check, officer initiated activity in the 1900 block of McHenry; checks OK.

2:15 a.m. – Be on the lookout issued by Oakdale Police Department for subject possibly driving through the area after vandalizing a residence in Oakdale; unable to locate.

7:28 a.m. – Suspicious vehicle in the 3300 block of McHenry; report taken, subject possibly attempting to leave store without paying for items.

8:02 a.m. – Non-injury accident on Viking, two vehicles involved. Log note only.

11:40 a.m. – Public assist at the police station, 2000 block McHenry.

12:55 p.m. – Officer initiated activity, check of Hogan-Ennis Park; secure.

12:547 p.m. – Public assist at police station.

1:17 p.m. – Trespassing complaint on Sierra.

9:34 p.m. – Be on the lookout issued from CHP regarding a possible intoxicated driver, on Highway 120; unable to locate.

9:48 p.m. – Welfare check request on Stanislaus.

10:39 p.m. – Found property report, wallet turned in at police station, located in the 2200 block of Jackson.
