SUNDAY, FEB. 22

3:53 p.m. – Dispute reported in vehicle at the First Street signal light, male and female; log note only.

4:58 p.m. – Juvenile complaint, youths on bicycles and an electric scooter throwing items at vehicles, 1100 block of Yosemite; gone on arrival.

5:47 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle complaint, Yosemite and Sierra; equipped with a spotlight and license plates covered; unable to locate.

6:49 p.m. – Suspicious vehicle check, 1300 block Yosemite; officer initiated activity, checks OK.

8:10 p.m. – Disturbing the peace complaint on Sacramento; advised.

 

SATURDAY, FEB. 21

6 a.m. – Suspicious circumstance, possible prowler on Matthew Lane; log note only.

11:35 a.m. – Follow up at police station regarding vehicle release questions, contact made via phone call.

2:24 p.m. – Welfare check request, subject seen in the area of St. John and Santa Fe along the railroad tracks; log note only.

5:34 p.m. – Suspicious person reported in the area, Campbell and Highway 120, walking a dog and yelling at passing cars; one arrest made.

9:16 p.m. – Complaint of a group of juveniles doorbell ditching in the area, Judith Court; report taken.

9:59 p.m. – Business alarm sounding, 900 block Clough; log note only.

 

FRIDAY, FEB. 20

4:42 a.m. – Security check, Escalon City Hall, 2000 block McHenry; checks OK.

7:30 a.m. – Reckless driving complaint, Highway 120 and First; vehicle swerving all over the roadway; unable to locate.

12:10 p.m. – 9-1-1 hang-up from a location on Sierra Drive; determined to be accidental dial, secure.

2:25 p.m. – Suspicious circumstance, possible theft reported in the 1700 block of California; log note only.

9:18 p.m. – Report of a suspicious vehicle in the area, speeding and passing multiple vehicles in the 1600 block of Main; unable to locate.

11:01 p.m. – Officer initiated activity at First and Center for a suspicious vehicle; report taken.

 

THURSDAY, FEB. 19

8:21 a.m. – Traffic hazard reported, large tree limb down in the roadway at McHenry and Ullrey; log note only.

8:37 a.m. – Public assist at police station, 2000 block McHenry.

8:59 a.m. – Extra patrol, Main Street Park area.

1:22 p.m. – Traffic enforcement, Main and Fourth.

2:50 pm. – Follow up with CHP Merced regarding a reported stolen vehicle; report taken.

6:39 p.m. – Possible water leak reported on Irwin; log note only.

8:01 p.m. – Be on the lookout issued for a vehicle being pursued in the area of Highway 120 and Brennan; unable to locate.
