The San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors is seeking volunteers to serve on a number of boards and commissions. The application deadline for the current openings is Friday, April 10, 2026.
Among the positions available:
Revolving Loan Fund Board of Directors – One at-large representative position; Qualified applicants must be residents of San Joaquin County. Appointees are required to submit a Form 700 – Statement of Economic Interest.
San Joaquin Regional Transit District – One position; Board of Supervisors’ appointee. Appointment will be made at the conclusion of public interviews by the Board of Supervisors. All members must live within the SJRTD service area for at least one year prior to appointment. If appointed, members will be asked to complete a Form 700 – Statement of Economic Interest.
Equal Employment Opportunity Advisory Board – One position; County Administrator nominated employee representative.

All newly appointed members will be required to attend training. The training dates and registration information will be provided by the Clerk of the Board upon appointment.
