A girl, Lily Chrystine Rightnour was born July 20, 2016 to expectant parents Kellin and Stacy Rightnour of Oakdale. The newborn weighed eight pounds, 15 ounces upon arrival at Memorial Medical Center. Welcoming the newcomer home was five-year-old sister Bella Alyse Rightnour.
